Fluid Wins Honor from Competitor Magazine: Best Sports/Recovery Drink of 2008!

Competitor Magazine has announced the winners of "The Best of Competitor 2008" voting. This voting was done by the readers of Competitor, which also publishes such prestigious magazines as VeloNews and Triathlete Magazine. The people have spoken, and they have voted Fluid as "Best Sports/Recovery Drink 2008."

Fluid Training Tip: How to Strength Train for Triathlons

Strength training is an important part of your triathlon training. A commonly asked question is HOW MUCH and WHAT should I do? In this short video clip, Dave Brown from Fluid Recovery explains why strength training is so important as well as how much you should do during various parts of the season. One thing Dave highlights is how beneficial having a personal trainer can be. If you are new to weight training, they can make sure you don’t injure yourself from poor form, too much weight, etc.

Another amazing weekend of Cyclocross brough Fluid's season to an end in San Luis Obispo. Very appropriate considering Fluid was born in SLO Town! The race was epic, and for the few that made the trek from out of town, you had a treat! 75 degrees, cool ocean breeze, fantastic wine, and a brutal course was to be had by all! This event will truly be a hit next season as SLO got its first taste of this wonderful sport! Fluid was proud to support its team SLO Nexus at the races, and to support the wonderful event production company Nimble Creative! Get ready for next year baby!

It was a wonderful end to a wonderful season. For all of you that we met along the way, we will see you dudring road season. Then... back to Cyclocross Baby!
